There are still three committee positions that need to be filled. They include team recruitment, team retention, and public relations. So, if you know anyone that might be interested, pass the word along.
The American Cancer Society is looking for people to participate in the third Cancer Prevention Study(CPS-3). Anyone between the ages of 30 and 65 who has never been diagnosed with cancer can join the study. The goal of the study is to help determine factors that cause or prevent cancer. The Relay is still doing a memory book this year that will contain ads. If you know anyone that might like to place an ad, I can get you a form. Ad book pages are 8.5"x11" and the prices are the following.
- full page - $200
- half page - $100
- quarter page - $75
- business card ad - $50
- patron ad (includes one luminaria) - $25
